Clear Expectations
Before Production.

Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, placement, garment information, colors, sizes and other details shown in an approved mockup or proof. Production begins from the approved information.

Custom printed and embroidered products are made specifically for the customer and are not returnable for change of mind, incorrect customer-selected sizing, or customer-approved artwork errors.

If Jdeezine confirms that an item contains a production error caused by our process, contact us promptly so we can review the affected pieces and determine the appropriate correction.

Turnaround begins after the required artwork, payment and approvals are complete. Rush service is subject to availability. Carrier delays or supplier delays can affect the final delivery date.

Garment colors, sizes and styles are subject to supplier inventory. If a requested item becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer before substituting a materially different item.

Customer-supplied garments are accepted only when approved in advance. Decoration always carries some production risk, and replacement terms should be confirmed before outside garments are submitted.

By submitting artwork, the customer confirms that they own the artwork or have permission to reproduce it. Jdeezine may refuse artwork that appears to violate intellectual property rights.
